Business Analyst - Collaboration Support - Wikis/Blogs/Intellipedia
The successful Business Analyst will provide consultation/support services to intelligence analysts across the Intelligence Community. The work will be support-intensive and will require the ability to work with and configure Web 2.0 tools (wikis, blogs, Intellipedia, etc) in support of the client's mission. Ideally, candidates should have some understanding of collaboration best practices. An understanding of Communities of Practice/Interest is desirable.
• Provide consulting and support to Intelligence Analysts
• Work and configure Web 2.0 tools
• Delivery of facilitator programs and training
• SharePoint Support
Bachelor's Degree (or progress toward a Degree) in business or related field. Also required - 2 - 4 years proven private sector and/or Federal government consulting and/or training experience in the design and delivery of face-to-face or facilitator lead programs both locally and/or nationally. A working knowledge of Windows SharePoint Services and Windows SharePoint Portal Services functionality preferred. Candidate must possess some knowledge of Change Management and have some familiarity with process management and mapping, workflow management, and knowledge management. Candidate must possess facilitation skills, in addition to professionalism and creativity. Candidate must possess the ability to maintain travel schedule of 30%-35%. Candidate’s knowledge of the MS Office Suite is a must. In addition, we require excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
