Business Analyst - Collaboration Support - SharePoint

The Business Analyst will provide consultation/support services to intelligence analysts across the Intelligence Community. The work will be support-intensive and will require the ability to administer and manage SharePoint sites. Candidate will be expected to design ways to measure activity on SharePoint sites. Ideally, candidates should have some understanding of collaboration practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Client with design and analysis of work processes
• Help Client build and format SharePoint sites
• Monitor sucess metrics
• Convey information on collaborative best practices
• Support client mission via SharePoint platform

Position Requirements: 

Bachelor's Degree (or progress toward a Degree) in business or related field. Also required - 2 - 4 years proven private sector and/or Federal government consulting and/or training experience in the design and delivery of face-to-face or facilitator lead programs both locally and/or nationally. A working knowledge of Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 functionality preferred. Some knowledge of Change Management and have some familiarity with process management and mapping, workflow management, and knowledge management is necessary, in addition to facilitation skills, professionalism, and creativity. This position entails a  travel schedule of 30%-35%. Knowledg of MS Office Suite is a must. In addition, we require excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Candidate must be a U.S Citizen and have an active non-DOD TS/SCI with Lifestyle Poly Security Clearance.
